Gaiatica is a name gifted to The Goddess Foundation explaining our work, and we love it so much we may well change the name of our organisation! www.goddessfoundation.org.uk

Gaiatica: - our definition

A reverence and care of Mother Earth and the Sacred Feminine. The empowerment of women through Sisterhood and the re-emerging feminine spirituality, with an aim of bringing about balance and social change.

Imbolc Workshop

2.02.2013 - Rustington

IImbolc is the time of re-birth, a time to re-consider who we all are and what new challenges we face in the coming months.  So it was wonderful to see so many new faces at the workshop.   The lovely Cathie and Wendie (Wendie The Wand to her friends) smudged everyone as they arrived to rid them of any negative energies and the workshop began around 10.30am.  Our lovely Ruth led some Five Rhythm Dancing in the afternoon following some art and craft.
We are a not for profit group run by volunteers, aiming to reach as many people as possible without financially excluding anyone. Therefore, we try to keep the workshops at as lower cost as possible. We suggest a minimum donation of around £10-£15 per person, but would ask that if you can afford to do so, that you contribute more. Likewise, if you are on a genuinely limited budget, please just offer what you can. The donations suggestion is based on trust, and we ask that you offer according to your finances.
